Cost is $300 and processing is an extra charge based on weight (approx $100). Typically you will get 20# of meat depending on how you choose to have it cut and packaged. Let us know and we will put you on the list for our next processing date.
We will be taking deposits in late April 2024 for 1/4, 1/2 or whole fall freezer beef. Prices will be $8/lb of hanging weight. Processing charges are included in that price. Deposits for 1/4 will be $100, 1/2 will be $150 and whole will be $300. I'll be emailing our customer list with more information when we are ready to start taking deposits.
BROILERS. We will be raising chickens on pasture this year beginning once weather warms up. We don’t have costs or pricing yet. We will sell these chickens whole. Let us know if you’d like to be put on the waitlist.
EGGS. Fresh, pasture raised eggs. The hens live out on pasture (in the growing season) and free range to their hearts content eating whatever they choose and are supplemented with organic feed. $6/doz
