2026 Grassfed Beef

Pricing is based on the hanging (carcass) weight and includes all processing charges.

Scottish Highland/South Poll: $9/lb

You can purchase a whole, half, or quarter cow. For quarter-cow orders, there’s a $0.50/lb premium. On average, a half cow yields about 165 lbs of packaged beef, though weights vary as each steer is unique.

For example, a half cow at 252 lbs hanging weight would cost approximately $2,268.

We will reserve processing dates at Coon Creek Packing in Caro for late summer. They’ll guide you through selecting your preferred cuts and answer any questions.

How to Reserve

To secure your beef, we require a deposit:

Whole cow: $300

Half cow: $150

Quarter cow: $100

The balance is due to us when your beef is dropped off at the processor.

Send us an email to reserve your share, and I’ll provide payment details for checks, cash, or Venmo.
Supplies are limited and reservations are on a first come basis.
